GOOD HEALTH is probably one of the most important things in our lives

Often when things are going well, we take good health for granted. It is not until we have something go wrong like catching the flu virus or developing some debilitating back pain, that we begin to appreciate the benefits of being healthy.

But like most things worthwhile, maintaining good health does require some continuing effort on our part. This includes an awareness of as well as reacting to the need for fresh fruit and vegetables as a part of a well balanced diet, and a regular exercise program.

We don’t need to spend a fortune on expensive gym programs just to stay healthy. A twenty to forty minute daily walk plus ten minutes or so daily with appropriate flexibility and strengthening exercises is perhaps all we will need.
